Prison guard costume sketch ("Skogen")

While working on ideas for the not-yet-named project next week, I figured I could just call it Skogen (the forest) as the setting is in middle of a forest. Without knowing more of the backstory, I have given him dark colours, making him kind of a bad guy. After all, he is the prisoner's guard - it's not nice to keep prisoners. At least when the prisoner is more of a slave. :P

The hood have a neck and shoulder piece which remind me of an executioner's hood, just a bit more open in front. The hood is long and the fabric is thin, which make the end of the hood reach down below the shoulderblades. The hood is in black and with added felt around the neck and forehead for both support and  comfort.
The shirt is very simple. Not quite sure yet how long down it will be. Probably covering the buttocks. The opening in the neck may be closed with a simple knot. Arms are wide and the shirt is supposed to give the impression of not being fitted well. The fabric is dense and rough brown wool.
The pants will probably be made of the same fabric as the hood. With lacing on the outside of each leg.
Boots. How to do the boots? I have no idea at the moment. But will probably try to build something on the outside of a cheap boot I'll find somewhere.
The strange things you see at the very bottom of the picture is my attempt to make a sketch of the belt buckle. Inspired by an owl skull, the insignia of the guard's clan. Only have a few days to make it all, so I guess it will be made out of Fimo/Sculpey.

Onwards!
